It’s about time!

It’s hard to believe that my last blog was way back in May. Where has the time gone??? So sorry everyone to keep you in limbo.

Lots has been happening here with major renovations and a new studio. Yahoo!

And now that Winter is over along with the dreaded flu epidemic, its full steam ahead for the busy wedding season. Spring is such a glorious time in the Mountains. Why not pay a visit to this enchanting place!

In the meantime you can look forward to some of the latest wedding images this coming season.

Suzy and Jamie

Suzie and Jamie were recently married at Chapel Hill, Berambing. It was an Autumn spectacular day with gorgeous weather. Definitely one of my favourite times of the year to photograph weddings. The Autumn colours were just amazing. The Blue Mountains has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world to get married. I always feel so privileged to be able to live and work in such a beautiful part of the world.

Following are some images from the wonderful day. I had a lot of fun with you guys. I also very much admired the vast distances your guests travelled to share your special day, all the way from Perth. How special that was for you. Congratulations to you both.

Mark & Kathy

Marleen and Gary

Marleen and Gary recently tied the knot at the Crowne Plaza, Norwest. Regardless of the wet weather leading up to the week of the wedding, it turned out just perfect for the big day.

After the ceremony we travelled to one of my favourite locations called Rouse Hill Estate. This amazing setting is one of Australia’s most culturally important historic properties which was established in 1813. The stunning backdrop of the Georgian house, summer house and 13 hectares of rural landscape set the scene for lots of wonderful photo opportunities… a photographer’s paradise you could say! The day ended with a glorious sunset over the hills. Then it was back to the Crowne Plaza for a fun reception.

Congratulations to you both. Enjoy a sneak preview of the day!

Congratulations to Rebecca and Kevin who were married recently at the picturesque Belgenny Farm, Camden. It was such a beautiful Autumn day after all the wet weekends we have had over the last few months. You couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Then it was a gorgeous full moon night to cap it off. What more could you ask for!

Here are a some images from the day.

Thank you guys… I had so much fun with you all. It was wonderful being a part of your special day!

Sophie and Thomas

Congratulations to Sophie and Thomas who were married last weekend at the Grand Mercure Hydro Majestic Hotel, Medlow Bath. The ceremony was held on the beautiful Croquet lawns and boy, talk about amazing timing with their wedding vows. The rain clouds had been hanging around all day but the rain held off just until the minister announced “you may kiss the bride”, and then down it came. So well done!

I had so much fun capturing your special day… you guys were hilarious! The images below say it all. Thank you guys. It was an absolute blast!

I must also say a big thank you to the Harry Potter lookalike boys who just happened to be around at the right time. You guys were magic!
