Sandy and Paul

It was during the heat wave leading up to the terrible Victorian bushfires that I had the pleasure of photographing Sandy and Paul’s wedding and boy was it a hot day here in Richmond too. The ceremony was held at St Peter’s Anglican Church, Richmond… a beautiful old church dating back to 1841.

The reception was held at Yarramundi House, Richmond which is situated on the grounds of the historic Hawkesbury Campus of the University of Western Sydney. This was a stunning setting for Sandy and Paul’s location shots and reception. The country homestead dates back to the1800’s too and was originally the “Principal’s Residence” at Hawkesbury Agricultural College until 1975 and since then has been meticulously restored to its former grandeur.

Oh BTW, I have never photographed a purple wedding car before but as you can see it was perfect for the colour theme of the wedding!

Thank you for a great day Sandy and Paul and I look forward to seeing you soon.
